Static Var Generators: 

The full Static Var Generator (SVG) system is a fast switching system for both leading and lagging power factor. This system also helps with balancing harmonic distortion issues. Please contact us for more information on this system. 

Because fully active systems are only available in fixed minimum sizes, their price is only competitive for smaller systems. The end user should consider the cost of expanding the system if it becomes necessary when selecting a fully active system. If you are starting with a 100kVAr active system and wish to increase it by 20kVAr, you will need to purchase a 100kVAr module. Compared to increasing the size of the existing system by purchasing a smaller module. This method of expanding fully active systems is more expensive than expanding capacitor-based or hybrid systems.

Active Harmonic Filter:

The AHF monitors the load currents to cancel harmonic distortion in electrical networks. Applications for AHF include industrial facilities, data centres or sites where there is an unwanted amount of harmonic distortion that is contributing to poor power quality.
